Excellent service. Booked a reservation for a weekly bike rental on line. Got a confirmation via email and WhatsApp. I highly recommend reservations since this place books up. Location is right in town. Bikerentalbonaire flaked on my reservation so I was lucky to reserve a bike at scooters Bonaire. They also picked me up at my hotel. Great crew.
What a GREAT company!! We rented them for 7 weeks and got a nice competitive price. The battery of a bicycle did not work as well, no problem... it was exchanged immediately. During the rental period there was a small issue with one of the bicycles. We wanted to wait a while for repairs, but that wasn't necessary, we got another bike right away. What a service! Highly recommended to rent here!

Neatly picked up from Windsock apartments and taken to Scooters Bonaire. Location just behind the center, also within walking distance of the cruise boats. The entrance is exactly in the middle of the building. Friendly welcome by Lilly-Ann, the place looks neat. I had reserved in advance and the scooter was neatly ready. Fully fueled, you can drive around the island several times, or like us: once around and a different spot every day for lunch, breakfast and/or snorkeling, Scooter gives a feeling of freedom.
Safety to lock scooter, but many make a different choice. Pay off at the end (gas station is nearby, pay in advance at the counter, about 5 dollars and fill up the tank again. To refuel, just pull up the handle (if you pick up the hose) and fine. I had given 10 dollars, so after refueling, go to the counter again and you will get your money back. Scooter delivered, deposit of 500 dollars 💵 released again (reservation credit card) and then neatly returned to the apartment 👍🏽 Also rented here the previous times and was also helped perfectly. top! in short: thank you thank you
I walked in without a reservation and Lilly went out of the way to find me an available scooter for a single day rental. The prices were reasonable with gas and insurance included. Lilly also gave me great info on how to tour the major sites (direction matters, Washington Park is off limits for scooters) and even gave me an inside scoop on a little visited area which was absolutely awesome to see. I received quotes for extremely expensive north/south guided tours. This was so easy to do on my own. I got to go at my own pace and stop where I felt like stopping. I felt super safe and comfortable and knowing that Scooter Bonaire would be there if anything faltered also gave me more confidence.
Perfect service and great scooters! Communication with Scootersbonaire was excellent - everything went smoothly and easily. The scooter was in perfect condition and accompanied us perfectly throughout our stay. What was particularly great was that we were picked up from our accommodation on time and brought back at the end. We are completely satisfied and would rent from Scootersbonaire again at any time. Rented a scooter here for more than 3 months. Scooter was top quality and if there was something wrong with it, I could contact the staff. I was treated in a customer-friendly manner and the price/quality ratio was excellent
We rented two electric bicycles and were very satisfied. The bikes were of excellent quality and fully equipped, including two panniers per bike.
We also used the pick-up service. It was very nice that we were picked up at our hotel and taken to the store to pick up the bikes. After returning the bikes, we were neatly returned to our hotel.
We would also like to compliment the friendly and helpful staff. Top service!

We rented an electric bicycle for 7 days. The bicycle had wide tires, we cycled with them in Washington Slagbaai. We thought the bikes were nice, good cycling. The battery saved 80 km. (cycled the entire island) The landlord was super nice, helpful. We were picked up from our hotel. We recommend this company.

Great experience! Rented an electric scooter. It was almost too late to pick it up, so they came to pick me up by car. Top service. Returning is also no problem. Scooter rode very well. Deposit back into the account within a day! I would definitely recommend this.

I had a great morning cycling around the salt flats, 24 miles on an electric bike. Hadn't ridden a bike for years great fun and easy. Easy to book and good value, friendly staff. Will certainly book again. I was on Britannia on a day stop. Tip:- wear gloves or loads of sun lotion on back of hands.

My wife and I rented a scooter for a day. The tank was included and the scooter was in good condition. However, you have to pay a deposit of $500 or have it blocked on your credit card. The team on site was very friendly. A clear recommendation.
Friendly man. Clear explanation about the scooter and insurance is included in the price. We had rented an electric scooter for 24 hours, but after driving around the island our battery was almost empty. Went to the scooter rental shop and immediately received a full one, no problem. They even offer the service to pick you up anywhere on the island until 10pm if you have any problems. When returning the scooter they also offered to take us back to the apartment. Great service, top rental company.
Reserved an electric scooter online. They were very accommodating when our flight was delayed by 24hrs. Collecting and dropping off the scooter was a simple, stress-free process. They provide a pick up and drop off at your hotel. The scooter was in good-condition and drove well the entire week. Battery charged to full overnight. My only gripe were the well-used, sweaty, dirty helmets that appear to have never been cleaned. Next time I’ll be bringing a bouffant cap to wear underneath.

A lot of things went wrong with my bank because they were switching to VISA instead of Maestro. As a result, the deposit was held and charged for an unnecessarily long time. After speaking to 4 people from my bank and none of whom knew what to do, I was able to arrange it in a very short time with employees of Scooters Bonaire. From the Netherlands, via the app! Very nice, they were easily accessible and really helped to find a solution. Tip: do not pay the deposit with a VISA Triodos, otherwise you will lose your money for 30 days if you are not careful. Thanks for all the help and the fat bike was also in perfect order. I will definitely rent here again immediately.
Just returned from a wonderful trip to Bonaire. Reserved a scooter in advance via the website. Collection was simple and pleasant and the scooter was great. The 2 of us discovered the island where a battery charge was great for a tour south or north and to get some groceries. On the 2nd day we had to use the service package because we could not open the supplied lock. After a phone call, an employee (with a smile) was at the agreed location in no time to solve the problem, after which we could continue with our carefree holiday. Handing in was also easy and positive. All in all highly recommended!
Great company! After a bad experience with another rental company 3 months ago, I chose Scooters Bonaire this time. What a relief! Nice transparent website with option to pay online, neat scooter, friendly service-oriented owner, neat explanation and, importantly, all sizes of helmets available. Unfortunately, I once had starting problems and I was helped within 5 minutes and I immediately received another scooter. Excellent pick-up and delivery service and the deposit was immediately refunded after returning. Felt very reliable so I will rent here again next time.

Rented 3 scooters here for our group of 4 people during our stay in Bonaire and could not have been happier with the scooters themselves and the customer service. Everyone we worked with were very very nice and super accommodating. They picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel very smoothly and easily (and for free!). The scooters were perfect for the island and came fully gassed up (included in the cost of the rental). When we picked up the scooters they gave us suggestions on where to drive/what to see and various pointers about scooting around the island. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for some scootin time in Bonaire!
What a great company to rent your scooter or (electric) bicycle. The staff is super friendly and helpful and ensures that you can get on your way comfortably. Extending a day was no problem! It's also great to get in touch with them quickly via Whatsapp, and they respond well and quickly. I would recommend everyone to rent their bike or scooter here!
Bought my first bicycle here on my first day on Bonaire, more than 4 years ago already. I went with a cool green Cube mtb, ex rental but in great condition. Other than the yearly service jobs and some small repairs I did not experience any major issues these past years. But the bike just kept getting older, alhough still doing its job every day. So time to say goodbye... Went back to Scooters Bonaire and got me another ex rental mtb today, a Merida Big Nine 300, for a reasonable price. Team did a great job preparing the new bike for me, including transferring and installing some items and parts from the old bike. And it was fully serviced recently. Hope this new bike will last me a long time as well. Thanks!
Our group of 8 rented 4 singles and 2 doubles (125cc) scooters for five days during September. The staff was polite and very helpful in getting us the scooters quickly. They even reached out prior to our rental to see if we needed transport to the rental location. We did not have any issues at all during our rental. We ended up calling them the day our reservation was ending to see if we could keep the scooters for an extra day. They were very accommodating and allowed us to keep the scooters and just added a standard day rental. Drop-off was really easy the last day and overall we found the staff very responsive when we reached out with questions before and during our reservation. Thank you!
Very chill company, had one breakdown with the scooter, this was resolved within 10 minutes. I also had a flat tire once and was immediately given a new scooter. On the day we had to return them, it was raining very heavily, then I received a message that we had all day to return the scooters instead of before 9:00 AM, friendly staff. I would almost spontaneously apply there.
We rented scooters for a week and the service was really great! The owner was super nice and told us a lot about the island and about his own restaurant where you can eat delicious food 😉

We rented a double scooter from Scooters Bonaire for 4 days. It is an incredibly economical way to get around costing us only $7 in fuel. Also driving in the hot wind dries you off after a snorkel session! The shuttle was very convenient and took us back to our accommodation after the rental was done. Terrific service from this rental company.

Friendly and efficient service. I had my bike within 15 minutes. The 50cc cost me $102 for three days which included a couple of helmets and the extra insurance that I opted for. Slow with two people on it but fine for my tourist exploring speeds.
Very easy to work with and helpful in getting a scooter to travel the island. Rates were reasonable coming from America. If you rent for three days they will pick you up from your hotel or apartment and bring you back when you return the scooter. Thank you guys!

I am from the UK and have rented a bike from Scooters Bonaire, and they are brilliant - would really recommend. Bike is in good working order, absolutely no problems with it, when I wanted the seat adjusted they did it for me no problem. Payment is really good value, and I would say they are friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy.
They have a good selection of bicycles and scooters for rent. I hired a 50cc scooter for $27 for 24 Hours which I thought was reasonable. It only took $2 worth of petrol to fill up after 100km. before returning it so the scooters are very economical. It was electric start and automatic so very easy to use. It struggled a bit going up hill and it would be slow with two people on it.
