SERVICE PACKAGE

These are the most important conditions of the service package:

Replacement vehicle: In the event of theft or damage, you will receive a replacement bicycle or scooter for as long as the service package is valid. We can also help you outside our opening hours. Our roadservice is available every day from 08:00 – 22:00 at the paved roads.

Theft: always report theft as soon as possible. You do not have to reimburse the value of the scooter or bicycle, but your deposit will cover the deductible in the event of theft. You are obliged to report it to the police and you must still be in possession of your key. We always provide you with an extra lock (bicycle) or chain lock (scooter).

Damage: always report damage to us as soon as possible. You do not have to pay a deductible in the event of damage. Not even if you caused the damage yourself. With the exception of deliberate misuse of the vehicle. This is, for example, riding a scooter with 3 or more people, riding a bicycle with 2 or more people or driving under influence.

Costs: the Service package costs $6 per day for a bicycle and $7.50 for a scooter or motorcycle. The package is automatically terminated when the rental is returned.

Cancellation: you can cancel free of charge up to the time of the day your reservation starts. You will be reimbursed for the total rental costs excluding the costs of the service package.

Not covered: damage you cause to others with the rented bicycle is not covered. For this you need liability insurance for private individuals.
